     HOUSE JUDICIARY COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR

HOUSE HEALTH AND GOVERNMENT AFFAIRS COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR

HOUSE BILL 62, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 32, line 14, after the period, insert "In the event a misstatement in an application is made that is not fraudulent or willful, the issuer of the policy may prospectively rate and collect from the insured the premium that would have been charged to the insured at the time the policy was issued had such misstatement not been made.".

    2. On page 81, line 19, strike "2009" and insert in lieu thereof "2008".

    3. On page 88, line 3, strike "2009" and insert in lieu thereof "2008".,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
