AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR THE CHARLIE MORRISEY CHILDREN'S THEATER PROGRAM AT THE AFRICAN AMERICAN PERFORMING ARTS CENTER ON THE NEW MEXICO STATE FAIR GROUNDS.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Thirty-two thousand dollars ($32,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the state fair commission for expenditure in fiscal year 2009 for the Charlie Morrisey children's theater program at the African American performing arts center on the New Mexico state fair grounds. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2009 shall revert to the general fund.
