Three hundred fifty thousand dollars ($350,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the department of health for expenditure by the office of American Indian health in fiscal year 2009 and subsequent fiscal years for implementation of the American Indian Health Care Improvement Act. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of a fiscal year shall not revert to the general fund.".

 

     48. Reletter the succeeding subsection accordingly.,
