AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR THE SANDOVAL COUNTY FAMILY SUPPORT PROGRAM TO FUND ENHANCEMENT OF BEHAVIORAL HEALTH SERVICES.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Eighty-six thousand dollars ($86,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the department of health for expenditure in fiscal year 2009 to fund the Sandoval county family support program's enhancement of its behavioral health system of care for families receiving the special supplemental nutrition program for women, infants and children. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2009 shall revert to the general fund.
