    Your APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 167

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 2, strike line 11 up to the period and insert in lieu thereof "increased every year for two years".

     2. On page 2, line 13, strike “An” and insert in lieu thereof “Subject to availability of funds, an”

     3. On page 2, line 14, after "than", insert "five thousand dollars ($5,000) and not more than".

     4. On page 2, line 19, after "obstetricians", strike the remainder of the line up to the period.

     5. On page 3, strike lines 2 through 8.
