    Your FINANCE COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 167, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 25, before the period insert ", and money in the fund is appropriated to the department of health for the purpose of making awards pursuant to the provisions of this section".

    2. On page 2, line 14, before the period, insert "and shall be disbursed based on the percentage of medicaid patients or indigent patients seen in the practice".
