HOUSE FLOOR AMENDMENT number __1__ to  HOUSE JUDICIARY COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR HOUSE BILL 199

Amendment sponsored by Representative

    1. On page 5, line 8, strike "may" and insert in lieu thereof "shall".

    2. On page 5, line 11, after "inspection", insert "by the governmental entity having jurisdiction over code enforcement".

    3. On page 6, line 4, after "shall", strike the remainder of the line, strike all of line 5 and strike line 6 through "suspension" and insert in lieu thereof "notify the licensee that a new bond is required".

    4. On page 6, line 7, strike "of the notice" and insert in lieu thereof "on which the bond was canceled, expired or otherwise became ineffective".
