HOUSE BILL 218

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 1, line 13, after "COUNTIES", strike the remainder of the line, strike all of line 14 and strike line 15 up to the period.

     2. On pages 5 through 9, strike Section 2 in its entirety.

     3. Renumber the succeeding section accordingly.
