    Your TAXATION AND REVENUE COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 264

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 2, line 16, after the subparagraph designation "(b)", insert "if the information is material to resolving the dispute,".

     2. On page 2, line 17, after "pursuant", strike the remainder of the line and on line 18, strike the line through "dispute" and insert in lieu thereof "to Section 7-38-24 NMSA 1978 or actions filed in district court pursuant to the provisions of Section 7-38-39 or 7-38-40 NMSA 1978".
