AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO PROVIDE CREATIVITY TRAINING FOR STUDENTS IN PUBLIC SCHOOLS IN HOUSE DISTRICT 68.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Ten thousand dollars ($10,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the public education department for expenditure in fiscal year 2009 to contract for providing creativity training through classwork and assemblies in public schools in house district 68. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2009 shall revert to the general fund.
