AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE NEW MEXICO INSTITUTE OF MINING AND TECHNOLOGY TO EXPAND THE WORK OF THE INSTITUTE FOR COMPLEX ADDITIVE SYSTEMS ANALYSIS.

 

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--One hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the board of regents of New Mexico institute of mining and technology for expenditure in fiscal year 2009 to expand the work of the institute for complex additive systems analysis. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2009 shall revert to the general fund.
