AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR THE COMMUNITY CUSTODY CLINICAL TREATMENT PROGRAM AT NEW MEXICO HIGHLANDS UNIVERSITY.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Forty thousand dollars ($40,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the board of regents of New Mexico highlands university for expenditure in fiscal year 2009 to support the community custody clinical treatment program at the university's school of social work. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2009 shall revert to the general fund.
