has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 1, line 11, after "RECEIPTS", insert "MAY".

     2. On page 2, line 14, strike "shall" and insert in lieu thereof "may".

     3. On page 2, line 17, after "to", insert "one-twelfth of".

     4. On page 2, line 18, after "approved", insert "annual".

     5. On page 2, line 19, after "payments", strike the remainder of the line and strike line 20 up to the period.

     6. On page 3, line 19, strike "shall" and insert in lieu thereof "may".

     7. On page 3, line 19, after "distribute", insert "monthly".

     8. On page 3, line 21, after "to", insert "one-twelfth of".

     9. On page 3, line 22, after "approved", insert "annual".

     10. On page 3, line 23, after "payments", strike the remainder of the line and strike line 24 up to the period.
