has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO NOT PASS, but that

HOUSE APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR HOUSE BILL 663

DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 2, line 11, strike “tax stabilization reserve” and insert in lieu thereof “appropriation contingency fund”.

     2. On page 3, lines 8 and 9, strike “tax stabilization reserve” and insert in lieu thereof “appropriation contingency fund”.
