    1. Strike Senate Judiciary Committee Amendments 16, 17, 18, 19 and 20.

    2. On page 1, line 13, strike "MAKING APPROPRIATIONS".

    3. On page 7, line 19 through page 8, line 12, strike Section 4 in its entirety.

    4. Renumber the succeeding section accordingly.
