AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR A MEN'S WRESTLING PROGRAM AT NEW MEXICO HIGHLANDS UNIVERSITY.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--One hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the board of regents of New Mexico highlands university for expenditure in fiscal year 2009 for a men's wrestling program. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2009 shall revert to the general fund.
