AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR THE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS OF THE ARROWHEAD CENTER AT NEW MEXICO STATE UNIVERSITY.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--One hundred sixty-five thousand dollars ($165,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the board of regents of New Mexico state university for expenditure in fiscal year 2009 to support the economic development programs of New Mexico state university's Arrowhead center for economic and sustainable development. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2009 shall revert to the general fund.
