entry in Dona Ana county, including related engineering, environmental and financial
feasibility, related requirements for a new railroad crossing and an extension of railroad
infrastructure to the border
to the cultural affairs department

NM FARM & RANCH MUSEUM RENOVATE & CONSTRUCT
nine million dollars ($9,000,000) to plan, design, renovate, construct and equip the New
Mexico farm and ranch heritage museum, including information technology and related
equipment, furniture and infrastructure, exhibits, a rural life center, the Tortugas kitchen, a
special events arena and the main gallery, in Las Cruces in Dona Ana county
to the capital program fund

SANTA TERESA BORDER AUTHORITY HEADQUARTERS
five hundred fifty thousand dollars ($550,000) to design, construct, equip, furnish, landscape
and make site improvements at the office headquarters facility of the border authority in
Santa Teresa in Dona Ana county
SANTA TERESA SAFETY INSPECTION STATION
six million dollars ($6,000,000) to plan, design and construct a safety inspection station at
the Santa Teresa port of entry in Santa Teresa in Dona Ana county

construct and equip a water well and pump house, including fencing and connections, for the
Berino mutual domestic water consumers and mutual sewage works association in Dona Ana
county
DESERT SANDS MDWCA WATER SYSTEM
one hundred fifty-seven thousand dollars ($157,000) to purchase land and rights of way for,
plan, design, construct, purchase and install water system improvements, including pipelines,
a water main, meters, hydrants and related equipment, for the Desert Sands mutual domestic
water consumers association in Dona Ana county
LOWER RIO GRANDE MDWA WATER SYSTEMS CONNECT
eight hundred thousand dollars ($800,000) to purchase rights of way for, plan, design and
construct pipeline interconnections between the Vado, Mesquite, Berino and Desert Sands
water systems, including purchase and installation of meters and related equipment, for the
lower Rio Grande mutual domestic water association in Dona Ana county
MESQUITE MDWC & MSWA SEWER LINES
one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to plan, design, construct, purchase and install
sewer line improvements and extensions, including related equipment and infrastructure, for
the Mesquite mutual domestic water consumers and mutual sewage works association in
Dona Ana county
MESQUITE MDWC & MSWA WATER SYSTEM IMPROVE
one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to plan, design, construct, purchase, install and
equip water system improvements, including upgrading water lines to the Del Cerro, Vado
and Mesquite colonias, for the Mesquite mutual domestic water consumers and mutual
sewage works association in Dona Ana county
LA UNION MDW & SA WATER SYS IMPROVE
six million twenty-nine thousand three hundred dollars ($6,029,300) to plan, design and
construct a water line and well, including related infrastructure, and connect to the arsenic
treatment plant for La Union mutual domestic water and sewer association in La Union in
