has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 2, line 18, after "facilities" insert "at the national level".

    2. On page 3, line 6, after "implemented" strike the remainder of the line and strike lines 7, 8 and 9 up to the semicolon.

    3. On page 3, line 21, after "the" strike "second judicial district attorney's office" and insert in lieu thereof "New Mexico district attorneys association".

    4. On page 4, line 12, after "force" strike "implement" and insert in lieu thereof "assist in implementing".
