SENATE JOINT MEMORIAL 40, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. Strike Senate Rules Committee Amendments 1, 3 and 4.

    2. On page 1, line 12, after the first occurrence of "DEPARTMENT" insert ", THE TOURISM DEPARTMENT, THE NEW MEXICO DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE, NEW MEXICO STATE UNIVERSITY'S RANGE IMPROVEMENT TASK FORCE".

    3. On page 2, line 23, after the first occurrence of "department" insert ", the tourism department, the New Mexico department of agriculture, New Mexico state university's range improvement task force".

    4. On page 3, line 25, after "resources" insert ", the secretary of tourism, the director of the New Mexico department of agriculture, the chair of New Mexico state university's range improvement task force".
