SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION 8

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 14, strike "BOTH HOUSES OF THE LEGISLATURE" and insert in lieu thereof "THE SENATE".

    2. On page 1, line 22, after "to" strike the remainder of the line and strike line 23 up to "and" and insert in lieu thereof "the senate".,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
