    Your CONSUMER AND PUBLIC AFFAIRS COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 52

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 1, line 20, after "site" insert "for a primary or general election".

     2. On page 2, line 3, strike "in", strike line 4 in its entirety and insert in lieu thereof "on a certificate of registration form;".

     3. On page 2, line 5, strike "the signature roster." and insert in lieu thereof:

"the application for an absentee ballot; and

                (4) is entered into the statewide electronic voter file.".,

and thence referred to the VOTERS AND ELECTIONS COMMITTEE.
