HOUSE BILL 140

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 5, line 5, after the period, insert the following:

“Failure of the department to approve timely submissions shall not cause a district or charter to be found noncompliant with the requirements of this section.”
