has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 3, line 15, after the period, insert the following:

"The department shall not approve a school district transportation budget unless the provisions of this subsection have been met.".,

and thence referred to the EDUCATION COMMITTEE.
