has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 3, line 6, after "department", insert "within ten days".

     2. On page 4, line 20, strike "acting as a board of finance" and insert in lieu thereof "of a charter school".,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
