HOUSE BILL 334

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 1, line 22, strike "a" and insert in lieu thereof

"the".

    2. On page 1, lines 22 and 23, remove the brackets and line-through.

    3. On page 1, line 23, after the first occurrence of "or", insert "by".

    4. On page 2, line 18, strike "a" and insert in lieu thereof "the".

    5. On page 2, line 19, before the period, insert "in the geographical area in which the charter school is located or be an employee of that school district".

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
