AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT FOR EXPENSES RELATED TO THE ADDITION OF FOUR COMMUNITIES TO THE NEW MEXICO MAIN STREET NETWORK.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the economic development department for expenditure in fiscal year 2010 for operational expenses related to the addition of four communities to the New Mexico main street network. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2010 shall revert to the general fund.
