has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 2, lines 11 through 14, strike Subsection F in its entirety.

     2. Reletter the succeeding subsections accordingly.

     3. On page 3, line 17, after "loan" insert "made pursuant to the New Mexico Bank Installment Loan Act of 1959 or the New Mexico Small Loan Act of 1955".

     4. On page 24, lines 14 and 15, strike Subsection U in its entirety.

     5. Reletter the succeeding subsections accordingly.
