AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO WESTERN NEW MEXICO UNIVERSITY FOR AN INDUSTRIAL QUALITY CONTROL AND COMPLIANCE PROGRAM.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Two hundred sixty-six thousand dollars ($266,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the board of regents of western New Mexico university for expenditure in fiscal years 2010 and 2011 for an industrial quality control and compliance program. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2011 shall revert to the general fund.
