has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 1, line 20, after "Taos", strike "and" and insert a comma.

     2. On page 1, line 21, after "Albuquerque", insert "and other applicant communities contingent upon their authorization by the New Mexico arts commission".,

and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE.
