HOUSE BILL 631, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 3, line 18, strike "sixty-five" and insert in lieu thereof "sixty-seven".

    2. On page 8, line 5, after "higher", insert "; provided, however, that lump-sum payments made after July 1, 2010 of accrued sick leave or annual leave shall be excluded from the calculation of salary".
