Amendment sponsored by Representative

    1. On page 2, line 4, after "($5,000)", insert "per taxable year".

    2. On page 2, line 8, after "($3,000)", insert "per taxable year". 

    3. On page 2, line 15, strike "for at least two thousand eighty hours" and insert in lieu thereof "on a full-time basis".

    4. On page 2, line 18, after "services", strike the remainder of the line, and strike line 19 through "hours" and insert in lieu thereof "on a part-time basis for an average of at least twenty hours per week".

    5.  On page 3, line 25, strike "and" and insert in lieu thereof "or".

    6. On page 4, line 1, after "occupation", strike the remainder of the line and strike lines 2 through 5 up to "with" and insert in lieu thereof "and who complies".
