HOUSE BILL 793

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 20, strike "New Mexico department of agriculture" and insert in lieu thereof "state treasury".

    2. On page 1, line 24, after "The", insert "New Mexico" and on line 25, after "department", insert "of agriculture".

    3. On page 1, line 25, after the second occurrence of "fund", insert "is appropriated to the department to carry out the purposes of the Noxious Weed Management Act and".

    4. On page 2, lines 1 and 2, strike "on warrants signed by the secretary of finance and administration".
