    1. On page 2, line 25, strike the ending quotation mark and after line 25, insert the following new subsection:

         "E. An attorney licensed to practice law in New Mexico and whose principal place of practice is in New Mexico shall not be required to comply with the provisions of Subsection C of this section."".
