     HOUSE APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE                  FOR HOUSE BILL 920

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 2, line 6, strike "excess" and insert in lieu thereof "unexpended".

    2. On page 2, line 7, strike "revenues" and insert in lieu thereof "appropriations".

    3. On page 2, line 13, strike "excess" and insert in lieu thereof "unexpended".

    4. On page 2, line 14, strike "revenues" and insert in lieu thereof "appropriations".

    5. On page 3, line 6, before "state", insert "other".

    6. On page 3, lines 14 and 15, strike "state budget division of the department of finance and administration" and insert in lieu thereof "secretary of finance and administration, in consultation with the director of the legislative finance committee,".
