has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 2, line 8, after the period, insert "The board shall promulgate rules for the implementation of the provisions of this paragraph, including development of a standardized consent form for licensed practitioners to receive and supply donated prescription drugs.".,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
