AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE UNIVERSITY OF NEW MEXICO INSTITUTE OF PUBLIC LAW TO CONDUCT MEETINGS OF STAKEHOLDERS ON WATER ADJUDICATIONS REFORM.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the board of regents of the university of New Mexico for expenditure in fiscal year 2010 to support the institute of public law meetings of stakeholders on water adjudications reform. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2010 shall revert to the general fund.
