    Your JUDICIARY COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE BILL 115

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 2, line 24, after the subparagraph designation (d), insert "for the 2010 and subsequent property tax years,".

    2. On page 3, line 3, after "purposes", insert ". All savings accruing to the property owner shall pass to the school or school district".

    3. On page 4, strike Section 2 in its entirety.,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
