SENATE JUDICIARY COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR

 SENATE BILL 127, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 2, line 10, after “owner” insert “may”, and after “security” insert “with the court”.

    2. On page 2, line 14 after “owner.” strike the remainder of the line and strike all of lines 15, 16 and 17 in their entirety.

    3. On page 2, line 20, after “case” insert “including the owner’s ability to pay,”.

    4. On page 2, line 22, after “may” insert “, with permission of the court,”.

    5. On page 3, line 12, strike “A voluntary” and strike all of lines 13, 14 and 15.

    6. On page 4, line 5, after the first occurrence of “the” insert “reasonable”.

    7. On page 4, lines 11 through 13, strike the brackets and line-through and add a comma.

    8. On page 4, line 14, strike “unexpended amounts”.
