    Your PUBLIC AFFAIRS COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE BILL 164

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 3, line 15, strike "An employee who" and insert in lieu thereof "Where the public employer".

    2. On page 3, line 16, strike "Personnel Act and" and insert in lieu thereof "Public Employee Bargaining Act covering the employee, such an employee".

    3. On page 3, line 21, after "C", delete the comma and insert in lieu thereof "and" and strike ", F and G".

    4. On page 3, line 22, after the period, insert "The arbitrator shall have all of the powers of the board as set forth in Subsection F of this section. A party aggrieved by the decision of the arbitrator may appeal the decision pursuant to Subsection G of this section.".,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
