    Your PUBLIC AFFAIRS COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE BILL 166

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 2, line 6, strike "personal" and insert in lieu thereof "the person's".

    2. On page 2, line 25, strike "and".

    3. On page 2, after line 25, insert the following new paragraph:

             "(2) "lawful authority" means within the scope of lawful employment or constitutionally protected activity; and".

    4. Renumber the succeeding paragraph accordingly.

    5. On page 3, strike lines 7 through 12 in their entirety.

    6. Reletter the succeeding subsections accordingly.,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
