SENATE FLOOR SUBSTITUTE FOR

SENATE BILL 278, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 2, line 3, strike “that identifies” and insert in lieu thereof “necessary to identify”.

     2. On page 6, line 12, after "person" strike the remainder of the line and strike line 13 in its entirety and insert in lieu thereof "without the consent of the individual except as allowed by state or federal law.".
