has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 3, line 3, strike “presumption” and insert in lieu thereof “presumptions”.

     2. On page 3, line 3, after “Subsection B”, insert “and D”.

     3. On page 3, line 22, strike “The” and insert in lieu thereof “When any”.

     4. On page 3, line 22, after “section”, insert “do not apply, it”.
