AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR A MASTER PLAN OF THE TALAVERA AREA IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--One hundred twenty-five thousand dollars ($125,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the local government division of the department of finance and administration for expenditure in fiscal year 2010 for a master plan for roads, flood control, drainage and arroyo management in the Talavera area east of Las Cruces in Dona Ana county. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2010 shall revert to the general fund.
