AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE HUMAN SERVICES DEPARTMENT FOR SUBSTANCE ABUSE TREATMENT IN CIBOLA COUNTY.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--One million one hundred thirty-seven thousand five hundred dollars ($1,137,500) is appropriated from the general fund to the human services department for expenditure in fiscal year 2010 to fund substance abuse treatment services in Cibola county. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2010 shall revert to the general fund.
