AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE AGING AND LONG-TERM SERVICES DEPARTMENT TO FUND OPERATIONAL EXPENSES AT A SENIOR CENTER IN ALAMO IN SOCORRO COUNTY.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--One hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the aging and long-term services department for expenditure in fiscal year 2010 to fund operational expenses at a senior center in Alamo in Socorro county. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2010 shall revert to the general fund.
