    1. On page 8, line 13, strike "July" and insert in lieu thereof "January".

    2. On page 9, lines 5 and 6, strike "or a special investigation officer member" and strike "thirty-six" and insert in lieu thereof "twenty-four".

    3. On page 9, line 8, strike "July" and insert in lieu thereof "January".,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
