SENATE BILL 505

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 2, line 1, strike "used", strike "two-way" and strike the comma.

    2. On page 2, line 2, strike "including voice or data,".

    3. On page 2, line 6, after "used", strike the remainder of the line and insert in lieu thereof "to provide internet access service or".

    4. On page 2, line 16, strike "or useful".

    5. On page 2, line 17, after "service" insert "that is delivered via a communications system, and".

    6. On page 2, line 20, after "supplies", insert ". For the purpose of this paragraph, primary use shall be measured by actual bandwidth or traffic usage".,

and thence referred to the CORPORATIONS AND TRANSPORTATION COMMITTEE.
