AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO PROMOTE AND MARKET INDIAN ARTS AND CRAFTS.

 

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the tourism department for expenditure in fiscal year 2010 to promote Indian arts and culture and to promote and market Indian arts and crafts. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2010 shall revert to the general fund.
