SENATE BILL 572

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 14, before the period, insert "; DECLARING AN EMERGENCY".

    2. On page 2, line 14, strike "irrevocable".

    3. On page 7, lines 6 and 7, strike Section 4 in its entirety and insert in lieu thereof the following new section:

    "Section 4. EMERGENCY.--It is necessary for the public peace, health and safety that this act take effect immediately.".
